Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items in a single order and these are delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first item, provided goods are delivered in multiple shipments over a fixed period as part of one order.

via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form at the end of this text, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you use this option, we will attempt to promptly (e.g., by email) confirm receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the purchased goods. However, we will not refund the return shipping costs. This refund will be made promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract, subject to the conditions below.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for the refund unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

The Right of Withdrawal Expires Early for Contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
