Step 1: Create a customer account
Open the “My Account” section in the menu bar (or in the main menu on your smartphone).
Enter your email address , log in with the six-digit code from the confirmation email and your customer account will be created.

Step 2: Complete registration
On the main page, click on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner ("Chat with us").
Enter your name and the email address of your customer account again there – this completes the registration.

Step 3: Ask questions & share information
Describe your situation. Optionally, you can securely upload medical reports (e.g., blood tests).

Step 4: Personal Orientation
In the chat you will receive a clear assessment of which products are suitable for you and whether further diagnoses or a visit to a specialist might be advisable.

I am a naturopath with over 14 years of professional experience, I studied naturopathy at the private Paracelsus School in Düsseldorf and I am certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for advising on over-the-counter medicines.
Furthermore, I am a competitive athlete and father of six children , which gives me daily motivation and strength.
