Open "My Account" from the menu bar (or main menu on mobile). Enter your email address, log in with the six-digit code from the confirmation email, and your customer account is created.
Complete Your Registration
Click the speech bubble ("Chat with us") at the bottom right of the main page. Enter your name and the email address of your customer account – your registration is now complete.
Ask Questions & Share Information
Describe your situation. Optionally, you can securely upload findings (e.g., blood tests).

In the chat, you'll receive a clear assessment of which products may be suitable for you and whether further diagnostics or a visit to a specialist might be helpful. My name is Noa Matluti, the driving force behind Heilarzneihaus. You always speak directly with me at our company – for clear, personal, and high-quality consultation. I am a naturopath with over 14 years of professional experience. I studied naturopathy at the private Paracelsus School in Düsseldorf and am certified by the Chamber of Commerce for advising on over-the-counter medicines. I am also a competitive athlete and father of six children, which gives me daily motivation and strength.
