How your personal consultation works – it’s that simple
In just four steps, you’ll receive a well-founded recommendation tailored to you:

Step 1: Create a customer account
Open “My Account” in the menu bar (or on mobile in the main menu).
Enter your email address, then enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email – and your customer account is created.

Step 2: Complete registration
On the homepage, click the chat bubble at the bottom right (“Chat with us”).
Enter your name and the email address of your customer account again – and your registration is fully complete.

Step 3: Ask questions & share information
Describe your situation. Optionally, you can securely upload documents (e.g., blood tests).

Step 4: Personal guidance
In the chat, you’ll receive a clear assessment of which products may be suitable for you and whether further diagnostics or a visit to a specialist could be useful.
