Delivery Times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within the number of days listed in the table above (in case of advance payment, after your payment instruction).
In some EU countries, the DHL delivery time is highly individual.

During certain seasonal periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Shipment Tracking
As soon as we pack your order, we will send you an email with delivery information and a tracking code.
Please note that the first tracking status update may not be available until the following day.

Returns
You have up to 7 days after receiving the order to decide whether the product is right for you.
All details about your right of withdrawal can be found in the cancellation policy.

Please do not return the goods postage unpaid, as the shipping provider may charge higher fees that we would have to pass on to you.
The easiest way to return is to contact our customer service at info@heilarzneihaus.de and discuss the procedure.

To ensure fast processing, please return the item in full.
Please make sure that opened or unsealed food and dietary supplements cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Also, ensure that labels or tags are not removed and that items are neither soiled nor lacking the original packaging.
This saves you time and frustration in case of an exchange and reduces the risk of being charged compensation.

After the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
If you return items that you paid for solely with a Heilarzneihaus gift card, the refund will be credited to your gift card balance.
