Our Commitment
Why Heilarzneihaus is about more than just products.

My Story with You
For years, I have been helping people in various countries. In Uganda, Tunisia, Syria, and other places. For a long time, I kept silent about it because I never did it for attention. Today, I am sharing it with you anyway, not for fame, but out of responsibility towards you. Heilarzneihaus has grown, thanks to you too. And I believe you have a right to know that a part of our funds does not go into products, but directly to people who need it.
Why we help
Helping was never a strategy for me, but a matter of course. Over the years, I have been able to support people in several countries, quietly, without a camera and without saying a word about it. It just felt right. For me, this is part of natural healing, because in the end, it's always about people, here and there.

Why we are showing it today
For a long time, I didn't want to make these actions public because I was afraid it would look like self-promotion. But the bigger Heilarzneihaus grew, the clearer it became to me that I should be transparent with you. You are part of carrying this company, and that's why you should see where a part of what you carry goes. A part of our funds goes into the quality of our products. Another part goes where it is truly needed.

Senegal, the first documented step
This time, I brought the camera with me. Not to show myself, but so that you could be there. We traveled to the capital and bought large quantities of food there. The plan was simple: first procure, then in the following days, bring it directly to the people, in the city and in the surrounding villages.

Aid that arrives directly
We distributed food to family after family, very directly, hand to hand. We also bought and distributed clothes locally, where they were most urgently needed. No intermediaries, no detours. That was exactly what was important to me: to see that the aid really reaches the people.

For the children
For the children, we provided school supplies, toys, and small gifts. Many of them live as Talibé children on the streets, often without the bare necessities. Giving them something, a notebook, a toy, a moment of joy, was one of the most moving parts of this journey.

“Helping doesn't need a stage. But it can be seen if it encourages others to help too.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you fund your commitment?
Our commitment is financed from the own funds of Heilarzneihaus. A part of what the company earns goes into direct on-site aid. So you indirectly support this by being a customer, without an additional donation being added to your purchase.
Why are you only now making this public?
For a long time, I didn't want to show these actions because I was afraid it would look like self-promotion. As Heilarzneihaus grew, it became more important for me to be transparent with you and to make visible what we stand for.
How do you ensure that the aid truly arrives?
We give hand to hand, without intermediaries and without detours. In Senegal, we bought locally and distributed food and clothing directly to families. That was exactly what was important to me: to see that the aid arrives where it is needed.
Does a portion of my purchase go to donations?
No, no separate donation is added to your purchase. We finance our commitment from the company's funds. This way, it remains honest and transparent, and you contribute to it through your loyalty.
What's next after Senegal?
Senegal is a beginning, not an end. We want to continue this path step by step, in other places, transparently and traceably. You will see where we go and what we do in the future.
Thank you for being part of something bigger.
