Our cold-pressed & raw Nigella Sativa oil is hydraulically pressed at particularly low temperatures (below 37 °C). This preserves all valuable ingredients. It is made from high-quality Ethiopian seeds and is rich in linoleic acid, thymoquinone, nigelline, and other secondary plant compounds. The oil is vegan, free of additives, and regularly laboratory-tested to ensure the highest purity and quality.
Why is our cold-pressed and raw black cumin oil special?
Compared to commercially available oils, the gentle hydraulic pressing process ensures raw food quality. This preserves all essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. With its high content of thymoquinone and nigellin, it supports the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties, strengthens digestion, and promotes healthy skin and hair.
What are the benefits of raw black seed oil?
It strengthens the body's immune system, can reduce fatigue, and helps with seasonal stress. It is also traditionally used both internally and externally—for example, for skin regeneration, hair care, or to support a healthy digestive system.
How should you use black seed oil?
Internally: Take one teaspoon daily, pure or add cold to foods such as salads, yogurt or dips.
Externally: Apply directly to skin or hair, where it has a nourishing and regenerating effect. Thanks to its high thymoquinone content, it has a spicy, slightly bitter taste, which underlines the oil's special quality.
